Sustainability

How we farm.

Five commitments that run through every season on the farm: water, soil, waste, standards and technology.

01

Water

Smart irrigation that protects water resources while maximising efficiency.

Irrigation is scheduled block by block and every source is read and logged, so water goes where the crop needs it and waste is caught early.

02

Soil

Crop rotation and organic enrichment that preserve soil health for the seasons ahead.

Blocks are rotated between crop families and fed with organic matter. Fertility is planned per crop cycle, not guessed, so the ground stays productive season after season.

03

Waste

Recycling programmes and renewable energy that reduce our environmental footprint.

Crop residue goes back to the land, packaging and inputs are reduced and recycled, and renewable energy powers part of the operation.

04

Standards

Operations aligned with Kenyan regulations and Global G.A.P. principles.

Traceable inputs, safe handling and documented practice from field to dispatch, in line with Kenyan agricultural regulations and Global G.A.P. principles.

05

Technology

A connected farm, run on data.

Every field team carries a tablet. Work, irrigation, inputs and harvests are logged as they happen into our farm management system, and AI helps the team plan the day, spot problems early and keep standards consistent across every block.
