Water

Irrigation that never waits for the rains.

Kajiado is a dry county, and the long rains keep their own timetable. So we stopped looking at the sky. Every block is irrigated on a schedule, every water source is metered and logged, and every drop goes exactly where the crop needs it.

Water keeps today’s crop alive. The soil decides whether tomorrow’s will be just as good.

Soil

The shamba rests as muchas it works.

Our farm is laid out in 60 blocks, close to 59 acres under crop, and each one keeps a record of what grew there last. That memory is how rich red Kajiado soil keeps giving, kila msimu, every season.

  1. 01RotationBlocks move between crop families, so no field is worn out by the same crop twice.
  2. 02Organic matterCrop residue goes back into the ground and every bed is fed. The soil gets richer, not poorer.
  3. 03Planned feedingFertility is planned for every crop cycle: measured, never guessed.

Specialists in action

The team

People who know the ground.

A highly trained field team, led by experienced agronomists and supervisors who know these soils season by season. Every harvest is handled by people who have done it many times before.

How we work

Simple rules, kept daily.

  1. 01

    Led by data

Every field, input and harvest is recorded, and AI helps the team plan ahead and catch problems early.

  2. 02

    Held to standards

Kenyan regulations and Global G.A.P. principles, from the seedbed to dispatch.

  3. 03

    Run by experts

Agronomists and trained supervisors on the ground every day, not just at planting and harvest.
